Greetings SFCFC Family! Having lived in our wonderful city for the past 10 years, I’m proud to call Sioux Falls, home.
Soccer, for lack of a better term is my life! Having grown up playing the game at all levels and transitioning immediately into coaching, the game has shaped me into the person I am today. At every step of the way, the most powerful experiences I have had are centered around people and the many relationships I have built with players, families, coaches and the community of soccer.
Throughout my experience in the game of soccer, I have had the opportunity to work within the game as a coach, coach educator and administrator, but nothing compares to the experience of coaching players and supporting them on their journey towards maximizing their potential on and off the field.
SFCFC is a very special organization. One with ambition that has and no doubt will surpass all of our expectations. This ambition is what drew me to be a part of this club. We are not just a soccer team. We are a group of people striving to influence our community in a number of different capacities. Whether it’s to empower and support young girls and women in achieving anything they set their minds to, bringing families together on a Friday night to enjoy the beautiful game or use our platform in the community to represent our authentic selves. SFCFC is a game changer.

Dale resides in Sioux Falls with his wife Kendra. They have two children, Willa and Wes and a dog Fergie and cat Violet.
